We combined our two bands of Alvis and soon to be started band Temp into this.
Its also pronounced Otis. "ud" in the greek language make a "t" sound.
Outis is Greek for "nobody".

Paper Singles began in the fall of 2004 through the formation of members Dusty (drums/lyrics), Ben (guitars/piano), Colin (vocals/guitars) and Greg (bass). Since then, the band has been writing songs and playing shows in and around the Washington D.C. area.
