Mama Hagglin was established in 2003, almost by accident, when (singer) Jeff Porter (China White/Glory Holes/The Cause/Mike Mart) realized that the simple jams he was playing while goofing off with friend Jonny Phish were, in fact, good songs... only the lyrics were missing.
