BLAST are a Moscow based 4 piece band, firmly devoted to their rock roots but with current, individualistic flavours.
BLAST was formed in late 90s by Georgian singer/songwriter Nash Tavkhelidze, who had previously spent a number of years in USA playing in different bands. The band comprised of Nash, Russian Alexandre "Khlap" Artchevski and Bulgarians Vlado Kostov and Valio Blogoev. At that time the Moscow club scene was booming and BLAST very quickly became the most popular indie band in the city.
