mO Body is from Helsinki, Finland and has been making music since 2001. Music is been made in home with PC and several different software. mO Body makes music mainly for his own pleasure, but if someone likes it, mO Body is very very happy :)

Moccretro primarily consists of me (greg) and has rotating members, who come and go as they please. The music is primarily improvisational; most of the songs were either made on the spot, or improvised and then layered afterwards. I feel that improvisation captures the momentary emotions and feelings of the players more effectively than rehearsed songs would. I also create the drums out of boxes and other various sounds, and am always seeking new sounds to incorporate into the music.

In the rock music industry, everyone seems so concerned with indie “cred,” posturing as struggling, tortured souls, all the while desperately trying to get their melancholy, acoustic guitar compositions onto the soundtrack of the sequel to Juno. What happened to bands that enjoy making fun music, that aren’t afraid to laugh at themselves, that simply kick out the jams because there are jams begging to be kicked?
This Las Vegas-based duo comes on strong with killer hooks, irresistible rhythms and sing-along melodies the likes of which are rarely seen rising from the dustbowl of the Vegas Valley.
